Deposit / Payment Policy
A valid Credit Card is required for security reasons. A pre-authorisation swipe of your card will be made at check-in to cover accommodation and incidentals. Payment can be settled at checkout with the option of using the deposit secured to the card provided at check-in, another card or cash.
Child Policy
Children under 16 years sharing a room with one or two two adults in existing bedding will stay free of charge (max 2 children per room). Children under 16 years who require additional bedding will be charged for the rollaway bed on a per night basis.
Extra Person Policy
Rates are for a maximum of two adults (Children under 16 stay free of charge using existing bedding when accompanied by a maximum of two adults). Extra person rate will apply per person if more than two adults stay in existing bedding. A rollaway will incur an additional charge in addition to the Extra Person charge per night.
Cancellation Policy
No shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 100%. Cancellation notification must reach The Menzies by 4pm, 48 hours (local time) prior to the date of stay, otherwise a cancellation fee equal to one night will apply.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or evidence of smoke odour in the rooms will attract a penalty. Valid Credit Card details must be provided at check-in as surety. PENALTY - $200.00
Doors and windows of rooms must be closed when smoking outside to ensure residual smoke does not enter rooms.
