A: Airport shuttle service is not available at The Menzies.

Q 2: What's the Wi-Fi policy?

A: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Q 3: Are there rooms with a private bathroom?

A: There are rooms with a private bathroom at The Menzies.

Q 4: Hi there, could you please let me know how many beds there are in Queen Suite room? There are 4 adults and 1 child in our family and we would like to stay in one room. Planned travel time is the 16th Sept-17Sept.

A: Hi, Our Queen Suite room just one queen bed in the room.We haven't got any room for four adults and one child in the same room that day.Thanks.

Q 5: Are there rooms with a sea view?

A: The Menzies doesn't have rooms with a sea view.

Q 6: Do you offer free wireless internet?

A: Yes, free, seamless WiFi is available to all guests.

Q 7: How much are local calls from the room?

A: Local calls are complimentary. All other calls are timed and charged to your room.

Q 8: Do you have a DVD player?

A: Yes. Players need to be reserved and are hired on a nightly basis.

Q 9: Is there carparking available?

A: Yes. Free on-site parking is available to guests. If guests have more than one car or drive a large vehicle, off-street parking is available adjacent to Reception – also on The Menzies property.

Q 10: Is there a Dry Cleaning / laundry service available?

A: The Menzies offers a same day laundry service. Please ensure laundry is in Reception by 9:00am for same day service. Laundered garments will be delivered to your room.

Q 11: Do you have a Gym?

A: Unfortunately we don’t. There are various gyms close by in the CBD of Ballarat. Ask at reception for locations .

Q 12: Where can I store my luggage?

A: Early arrivals can leave luggage at Reception until room is ready for access. On the day of departure guests can leave luggage at Reception for collection later in the day.

Q 13: What is the distance from the airport?

A: Melbourne International Airport is approximately 100 km from the motel – 1 .5hrs.
